“The tradesman was thorough in his checks for an apparent loss of gas pressure between the meter and the boiler. He made some adjustments to the regulator at the meter which resolved the underlying issue. Only negative was that he didn't make clear that this would be chargeable at the outset, when I was only expecting him to give me a quote. However the work actually carried out ended up costing me much less than my other quotes. So all good.”
